Thursday the 10th

Today the kids learned how to divide decimals by 10, 100 and 1000 and in science we finished up part 2 of their lab. During history, they read about New York and New Jersey. Grade 4 students continued to have a substitute, as Mrs. Barnes is unfortunately illin'. Today they read about electricity and continued learning about solid figures. After lunch and recess, we read chapter 7 of "The Odyssey" and met some new friends from Mrs Katona's second grade class. We read and got to know them, as well. We'll do a project with them in the future. Finally, we blogged it up while some of classmates were in band. Today we wrote in our blogs about Johnson, the happiest place on Earth :).
